Scope of work generally consists of spalling and crack repairs above and below deck; cleaning and recoating of mooring bollards; filling and sealing void space behind slope protection; disposal and replacement of bumper posts; rehanging of sanitary lines with new pipe hangers; and the replacement of the under-deck waterlines with new piping and associated pipe hangers.
This is a lump sum contract.
