Description
Description: This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the State University of New York at Stony Brook (hereinafter referred to as "SUNY") to collect detailed information on the cloud-based solutions designed to enhance alumni employment outcomes, track career progress, provide career counseling, and support administrative decision-making. This RFI is intended to gauge the interest and gather insights from experienced vendors of career tracker software systems. The goal is to explore new technologies and solutions available in the market that can streamline and enhance the processes at SUNY Stony Brook. This RFI serves as an opportunity for vendors to introduce their career tracker software solutions, share their expertise, and provide recommendations for how SUNY can leverage advanced technology to optimize its career services and alumni outcomes. SUNY is interested in a technological solution to aid its staff and students in exploring post-graduation career paths and to provide comprehensive data on graduate outcomes. The main features SUNY is looking for in this type of solution are: Alumni Filtering and Insights: Allowing for the filtering of alumni based on geographic, demographic, and employer attributes. This would offer insights into job titles, employers, job histories, and salary estimates. Integrated Employer and Alumni Data: Integration of employer data with alumni data at the individual level. Advisor Tool: A tool designed for advisors to assist students in identifying top employers, major skills, and reviewing longitudinal career and education benchmarks. Individual Alumni Data Download: Enabling designated university staff to download data at the individual alumni level to support university analytic tools and media.
