Scope of Work:

Construction of a new Career and Technology Center approximately 120,000 SF. Site to be determined. Site conditions such as circulation, fire lanes, parking, and landscape/irrigation should also be examined and included in the work and overall plan.

The estimated construction budget is $76,665,600
