Cardiogen-82 Generators

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West (MRCO-W), JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to Bracco Diagnostics, Inc to provide Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) with Cardiogen-82 generators, Cardiogen-82 accessories, and HeartSee cardiac PET software under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii). Award will be made on or about 15 AUG 2025. The primary NAICS code for the requirement is 325412 (Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,300 employees.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any interested party that believes it can meet the subject Cardiogen-82 requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement being requested. All responses received in writing within three calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the products outlined in this notice. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, Mr. James Davis, via email at james.m.davis1.civ@health.mil, and the Contract Specialist, Ms. Jaclyn Evans, at jaclyn.v.evans.civ@health.mil no later than the timeframe noted above.
