The University of Alabama (herein “Lead Public
Agency”) on behalf of itself and the GovMVMT Government Purchasing Cooperative,
the members of the Advisory Council and all states, local governments, school
districts, higher education institutions in the United States of America, and
other government agencies and nonprofit organizations (herein “Participating
Public Agencies”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Suppliers (or
“Manufacturer(s)”) to enter into a Master Agreement for a complete offering of Cardio
and Strength Training Equipment and Related Products and Services.
