Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to seek proposals from qualified firms to provide audit services for the City’s capital project delivery practices. The selected firm will evaluate whether processes and internal controls align with applicable laws, regulations, and recognized best practices in public sector capital project delivery, and make recommendations for areas of improvement. The City’s Internal Audit Office will manage the services required under this RFP and any awarded contract.
