Cape Vincent Waterfront Improvements Bid Set A

Description of Work: This Project consists primarily of, in coordination with Cape Vincent Waterfront Improvements - Bid Set B, the furnish and installation of a public promenade, seawall, and stone revetment along Cape Vincent’s Waterfront. This project will also include selective demolition and removal of existing features, pile installation, and furnish and pre-installation of utilities. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “BID – Cape Vincent Waterfront Improvements - Bid Set A” and must include all required bid forms, certifications, and bonds. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 21, 2025 via virtual meeting. Please reach out to bgladstone@edgewaterresources.com for a meeting invite. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities, and accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
