Description

The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) located at the Fort Detrick in Frederick, MD is seeking to procure tent, staging, and furniture for the Capability Days event.



Period of Performance: 20 May 2024 – 23 May 2024



RENTAL PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

(1) Frame Tent measuring 80’L x 40’W with clear sides for full enclosure.

(1) Raised stage measuring 12’L x 24’W x 24”H. Must include stage carpeting, steps, and black skirt.

(1) Pipe and black drape backdrop measuring 6’L x 8’H.

(6) White wooden barstools with white tie-back cushions.

(15) 30” round wooden freestanding tables measuring 42” H.

Quotes must include delivery, set-up, dismantle and pick-up. Tent is to be staked in grass.
