CANTWELL COURT

AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT


Request for Proposals Package for Cantwell Court Affordable Housing Project may be obtained from the Office of Purchasing by emailing: For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. or For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. or calling 631.324.4183 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, beginning Thursday, December 19, 2024.


A Pre-Proposal meeting is scheduled on January 13, 2025.  The location for this meeting is Town Hall, 159 Pantigo Road, East Hampton, N.Y.  @ 11:00 am.  Main meeting room. Attendance is strongly suggested but not mandatory.


Sealed proposals, on the forms provided in the RFP package, shall be received by the Senior Purchasing Agent of the Town of East Hampton, Town Hall 159 Pantigo Road East Hampton, New York no later than 3:00 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday, February 6, 2025.


The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted.
