Request involves the purchase and installation of new workstation/office sets/furniture for the Canton Service Office.

**Bidders should include a price for assembly, delivery, and installation in their quote.

** Furniture to be delivered to Canton Service Office and coordinate with BWC Facilities in advance, as the dock space is located in another tenants space.

**Selected bidder will be required to coordinate installation in advance with BWC Facilities for scheduling and logistics.

Please review ALL the attached documents more specifically:

Your bid sheet responses MUST be submitted within OhioBuys.  The bid sheet is attached to this solicitation.  Attached bid sheet must be filled out in its entirety with all amounts.  N/A or TBD will not be accepted  Identify contract number/index number if applicable.

**The existing furniture will be removed by another contractor.

Delivery can be completed during normal business hours and should be coordinated in advance with BWC Facilities contact Haley Grunkemeyer.
