LEGAL NOTICE

Town of Canton, CT (Owner) invites sealed Bids for Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Phase 3 for infiltration and inflow (I/I) manhole and pipeline rehabilitation including: frames and covers, cementitious and epoxy coating, rebuilding of bench & inverts, replacement of drop connections, chemical root treatment, and cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining; and all materials and equipment, construction, and services inherent to the Work.

The Work shall be substantially complete within 150 calendar days from the commencement of Contract Time, Post Substantial Completion Punchlist complete (all Work except Warranty Inspection and final paving) within 180 calendar days from the commencement of Contract Time and Warranty Inspection (ready for final payment) within 14 calendar days prior to expiration of the Warranty Period (351 days from Substantial Completion).

This Project is being bid in accordance with the provisions of the Connecticut General Statutes and municipal codes and ordinances and is subject to employment opportunity and affirmative action requirements of the General Statutes of Connecticut, Sec. 4a-60; Connecticut Executive Order Nos. Three, Sixteen, and Seventeen; and all provisions of Federal Executive Order No. 11246.
