ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDDERS

Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Canton, 110 Academy St., Canton, GA 30114, until: 10:00 AM local time on Thursday, August 7 ^th , 2025

For the Project known as: Canton Creek Pedestrian Bridge and Sidewalk Improvement

At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the designated time will not be considered and returned unopened.

The Project generally consists of the following major items:

1. Installation of a 160’ prefabricated pedestrian bridge including substructure and concrete deck.

2. Installation of 6” concrete sidewalk.

3. Installation of 24” curb and gutter.

4. Signing and pavement marking including installation of rectangular rapid flashing beacons.

5. Site grading and stabilization of disturbed areas with temporary and permanent erosion control

measures.

6. Installation for rip rap for stream bank stabilization.

7. Driveway installation and traffic control throughout construction.

8. Utility coordination and avoidance.
