Cannon Circle Drainage Improvement Project

The project site is located on Cannon Circle (F-0051), off Griffin Road, in the Pine Brook Forest Subdivision in Greenville, South Carolina. The project site occupies land on the County right-of-way and on private parcels. The main purpose of the project is to improve the drainage system. The work consists of the demolition/removal of the existing drainage system and the installation of new storm drainage lines and catch basins. The contractor shall remove existing asphalt and curbs and place new asphalt pavement and extruded curb after the pipe installation. Site stabilization will include placing rip rap at the pipe inlets/outlets, fine grading and grassing of all disturbed areas. The County will provide staking of the new storm drainage system, curbs, driveways, etc. including alignments and elevations, therefore, a line item for construction staking is not included in the bid schedule.
