Project Description: State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide Bulk Canned Food Purchasing
This RFP may result in multiple awards. The methodology that will be used to determine the number of awards is:
- Vendors must meet all Mandatory Minimum Requirements to proceed to the Technical Evaluation.
- Vendors must score at least 455 of the 700 available points (65%) in the Technical Evaluation to proceed to the Cost Evaluation.
- Vendors who receive a total of at least 650 of the available 1000 total points (technical + cost) will be awarded a contract.
Length of Contract: Five Years
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for Three Months
Administrative Fee: .75 % (Three quarters of one percent)
