The City of Redwood City (“City”) City Manager’s Office administers regulations that govern Commercial cannabis activities within Redwood City. The City currently has six (6) permitted storefront retail cannabis stores. Retail stores are also permitted to provide delivery services. The Cities regulations also conditionally permit cannabis delivery-only businesses and commercial indoor cultivation. However, there are currently no delivery-only operations nor commercial cannabis cultivators. With this Request for Proposals (RFP), the City seeks qualified firms to provide professional services for conducting a fee study to evaluate and establish suggested fees for the cannabis program going forward.
