GENERAL ELECTION
NOVEMBER 4, 2025 QUALIFYING FOR CITY COUNCIL DISTRICT 1 AND DISTRICT 3 Qualifying for City Council Districts 1 and 3 opens at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, August 18, 2025, and closes at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, August 22, 2025. The qualifying fee for a position on the City Council shall be $207.00. Candidates may qualify at the Office of the City Clerk located at Tifton City Hall, 130 E. 1st Street, Room 202, Tifton, Georgia. The hours of qualifying each day shall be from 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM, and closed for lunch from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. This notice is given in pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 21-2-132(d)(4)
