The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff will receive bids for UAPB BID #P225 until 10:00 A.M. CST on August 19, 2026, for 2026-2027 Campus Wide Promotional Items

Details and specifications are available to responsible and responsive bidders upon request from the Procurement Office, at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

Bidders are cautioned that acquisition bidding documents through any source other than as listed above is not advisable. Acquisition of bidding documents from unauthorized sources places the bidder at risk of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information upon which to base his/her bid.
Bids may be sent to you electronically by calling Patricia Cole at (870) 575-8736 with your email address. BIDS MAY NOT BE RETURNED ELECTRONICALLY IF THEY ARE FORMAL BIDS OR MARKED UAPB BIDS. THESE BIDS MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED.
The state reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann 22-90-20, the State encourages all small and minority business enterprises to compete to win.
