Campus Pest Management

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Facilities Management Section, is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials to perform pest management services at the Department of Public Health Richmond Campus. The contractor shall provide comprehensive pest and rodent control services across the property, adhering to Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles and environmental compliance standards. This includes monthly documentation of services performed, quarterly review meetings, and semi-annual site-walks with the project representative. Bid must address all the services described in Exhibit A entitled, ¿Scope of Work¿.

CDPH intends to make a single contract award to the most responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest cost.
