One-Two Sentences
The University of North Carolina at Pembroke is inviting letters of interest from qualified professionals to deliver comprehensive design and construction administration services for the project described above. This initiative involves a multi-phase, campus-wide replacement of outdated and deteriorating gas lines. The current plan envisions construction phases occurring to align with the academic calendar. The project aims to enhance campus safety and improve resiliency during storm events. Firms are requested to ensure receipt of One (1) electronic copy via email in PDF format to the project contact by Noon on 12/10/2024 and Cc: douglas.hall@uncp.edu. The intended Schedule is subject to change: 12/03/2024 Pre-Submittal Meeting (Virtual via WebEx URL above) 12/18/2024 Finalist Notified 01/14/2025 Interviews (Virtual) So that the selection process is as objective as possible, from the date of this public announcement, do not contact members of the Board of Trustees, Campus Officials, and staff other than the Project Contact.
