Campus Elevators Replacements, Renovations and Upgrades

UNC Greensboro is seeking letters of interest from qualified licensed professionals for the project entitled, UNCG Campus Elevator Replacements, Renovations and Upgrades. The scope of this project is to repair, replace and/or add elevators located in five campus buildings. The professional services will include full design, including assessment of existing conditions, and construction services for the successful installation, operation, and complete support system functionality such as: code required, cloud based, car emergency signaling and communication devices. The design team will prepare separate bid packages for each of the following elevators: - Coleman HHP #1 - 4 Stop Elevator Modernization, including all required support systems and utilities - Coleman HHP #2 - 7 Stop Elevator Modernization, including all required support systems and utilities - Ferguson Building - 3 Stop Elevator Modernization, including all required support systems and utilities - Graham Building - 4 Stop Elevator within a new Building Addition, including all required support systems and utilities. The new addition's design shall coordinate and/or match the existing building's architectural materials and style. - MHRA Building - 4 Stop New Elevator within existing vacant elevator shaft Please see link above for additional submission information.
