Full A&E services for Phase I Pre-Design and Phase II Full Design / Construction Management for the replacement of failing fan coils throughout the VA State Nursing Home. The Nursing Home is a 92,210 sqft building that was built in 1991 and is home to 220 VA long-term nursing residents and 250 staff/support personnel. The fan coils are 33 years old, and past their Expected Useful Life (EUL).
