ADVERTISEMENT AND INVITATION FOR BID

Notice is hereby given that separate sealed bids for:

Campbell County Clerk Customer Service Remodel

Will be received by Campbell County Public Works, at the Public Works office located at 500 South Gillette Avenue, Suite 1400, Gillette Wyoming 82716 until 2:00 pm on the 30th day of September 2025 and then opened and publicly read aloud.

The Bidding Documents will be made available in the following manner:

Electronic PDF copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained free of charge by contacting Schutz Foss Architects, P.C. at (406) 252-9218 beginning on September 10, 2025.

A MANDATORY pre bid meeting is scheduled for September 18, 2025, at 11:00 am at the project site; meet in the Commissioners Chambers of the Campbell County Courthouse, 500 South Gillette Ave., Suite 1112, Gillette Wyoming.  Prime bidders are required to attend and participate in the pre-bid meeting.
