The Texas Military Department is seeking bids for a replacement and restoration of the Camp Swift

Bldg. 203 roof. This building is located at 1705 State Highway 95 North, Bastrop, TX 78602. The

current roof is over 20 years old and is beyond its lifecycle replacement date. The roof is leaking in

multiple places and has been patched many times over the last two decades. The Contractor shall

supply all labor tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work under the contract. A mandatory
site visit will be held at 1705 State Highway 95 North, Bastrop, Texas 78602 at 10:00

A.M. OR 1:00 P.M. on 6/24/2025. Failure to attend one of the two (2) site visits will result in

disqualification of the response. Questions should be sent to this email:

The total estimated cost of this project is $90,000.00. Competitive sealed proposals for TMD25-CFMO-0039831
