The Minnesota Department of Military Affairs (MDMA) intends to renew an agreement with Caliente LLC. to provide Thermal Overlays 120VAC for E Type 3D Targets for Camp Ripley's firing range. MDMA has determined that Caliente LLC Thermal Target Overlays 120vac for E Type 3D Target are the only commercially reasonably available commodity products that will successfully integrate with existing Caliente LLC. equipment already in place. This is deemed a single source purchase because these items are solely distributed and supported by Caliente LLC and are not available from other third parties.
