Project Description: The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide drilling, construction and testing of a new production well, as a backup to the existing Camp Fretterd Military Reservation (CFMR) wells, using contractor supplied temporary pump, generator and temporary supplies and accessories, as well as detailed water quality laboratory testing.
