Camp Fretterd Military Reservation Potable Water Production Well Drilling - MBE 5%

PURPOSE: The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide drilling, construction and testing of a new production well, as a backup to the existing Camp Fretterd Military Reservation (CFMR) wells, using contractor supplied temporary pump, generator and temporary supplies and accessories, as well as detailed water quality laboratory testing. Located at the Camp Fretterd Military Reservation at 5600 Rue Saint Lo Dr, Reisterstown, MD 21136.
NOTE: MES will only accept Electronic Bids on MES Procurement Portal ( https://menv.bonfirehub.com/ ).  Mailed, Emailed, Faxed, or Hand Delivered (paper) bids will not be accepted.  Requested Information on the MES Procurement Portal must be submitted on or before the bid due date, Submission option will not be available after the bid due date. Bidders may follow-up with the procurement department procurement@menv.com to determine if their Bids were received on time.

Conditioning a bid or proposal or any other MES solicitation or bidding document will deem your bid or proposal non-responsive and not be accepted COMAR 21.05.02.22.

Bids will be opened electronically in public at the date and time specified in the solicitation.  Bidders can attend the bid opening through the shared link provided in this solicitation.
The Bid Tabulation shall be posted on MES Procurement Portal within 48 hours from the bid opening.
