The City of Cleveland is seeking qualified firms to provide professional strategic planning consulting services for preparation of the Camp George L. Forbes Master Plan. The selected Proposer will work with the City to produce an actionable, phased plan that defines Camp Forbes’ role within the City’s recreation system and provides a clear path for operational and capital decision-making.
