not accepted by any other means.
The Technical Question Deadline is Monday, August 24, 2026 by 3:00 PM EST. Technical
questions will be addressed by addendum and posted on the wvOasis website.

The Bid Opening date is Thurs., August 31, 2026 at 2:30 PM EST.
Agency Terms and Conditions pages titled "Designated Contact", the "Addendum Acknowledgement
Form", and "Exhibit A Pricing Page" are required back in your bid documents in wvOasis.

If you are
the lowest bidder, you must provide a Certificate of Insurance per pages 8 and 9 of the General Terms
and Conditions under
"Insurance - Commercial and Automobile Liability".
