This Pre-solicitation Notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes.

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed-Price contract for five (5) total years, comprised of one base year and four (4) option years to provide quarterly maintenance, refurbishment, calibration and certification for 6 Gold Series Dust Collectors.

This posting serves as a Presolicitation notice in association with N32253-25-Q-1022.

This pre-solicitation does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notification is purely voluntary and the Government does not assume financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

The tentative period of performance is as follows:

Base Year: 29 August 2025 – 28 August 2026

Option Year 1: 29 August 2026 – 28 August 2027

Option Year 2: 29 August 2027 – 28 August 2028

Option Year 3: 29 August 2028 – 28 August 2029

Option Year 4: 29 August 2029 – 28 August 2030

The location of performance is Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 333413 Industrial and Commercial Fan and Blower and Air Purification Equipment Manufacturing; the size standard for this NAICS is 500 employees. The Product Service Code is J049 -Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Maintenance and Repair Shop Equipment.

Submission instructions will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation and written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure. The solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about 23 July 2025.
