Solicitation Summary
The Board of Education of Calvert County, Prince Frederick, MD, is soliciting proposals from qualified Vendors to provide cafeteria disposable supplies as listed in Attachment III of the bid solicitation. Furthermore, all bidders shall submit pricing for the specified items on Attachment III. Award determination shall take into account bidder qualifications, including responsiveness, responsibility, and prices submitted for the items listed.
Bid Documents will be made available beginning on Friday, 31 January 2025 . The Invitation for
Bids, and any addenda or clarifications to the bid documents are posted online at eMaryland
Marketplace. The package can also be provided upon written request via electronic mail to

Sealed bids submitted, as per the instructions within the ITB, will be received until 2:00 pm on Friday,
28 February 2025 . Immediately following the submission deadline, proposals will be publicly opened and required components read aloud.
