Call to Bid for CXT at Skagit County Fairgrounds

SKAGIT COUNTY

The project consists of erosion control, asbestos abatement, demolition, preparation of a building pad, concrete sidewalk, ramps, stairs, and handrails, utility reconnections, final utility hook-ups, coordination with building supplier, providing crane access route and surfacing restoration. The base bid estimate is $185,000 including Washington State sales tax and allowance.

The construction window for this project is May 19, 2025, through June 27, 2025. Work consists of erosion control, asbestos abatement, demolition, preparation of building pad, concrete sidewalk, ramps, stairs, and handrails, utility reconnections, final utility hook ups, coordination with building supplier, provide crane access route, and surfacing restoration. All work must be substantially complete by June 27, 2025.

Bid documents are contained herein as sent to the pre-selected respective bidder(s). A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for prospective bidders will be held on site Monday, March 24, 2025. The meeting will take place at 10:00 a.m. at the project site address 1410 Virginia Street, Mount Vernon, WA, Skagit Fairgrounds.
