Project Description: The City of Jefferson is seeking proposals from talented and creative artists to design and install a mural in historic downtown Jefferson City at 202 E. High Street, This mural will be a key visual element in celebrating Jefferson City's Bicentennial - commemorating our community's past, present, and future - and contributing to a vibrant, artful downtown that inspires civic pride among residents and visitors alike.
