The Ministry of Energy and Climate Solutions is seeking Responses from interested Respondents for the opportunity to enter into a Shared Cost Arrangement with the Province to administer the CleanBC Better Homes – Energy Savings Program. Administration of the Program includes tasks for the following, each of which is further described in the Call for Response:Retrofit contractor led delivery model;        Participant application and eligibility;        Participant outreach and recruitment;        Assessments and Program coaching;        Program registered contractors;        Opportunities reports;        Rebate submission and payment process;        Information sharing;        Installation verification;        Program evaluation; and        Program management and reporting.
