The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursing Call for Title Services (Call) for water and sewer easements and other real estate rights related to the acquisition of Real Property in its various proposed and on-going projects which will require a Scope of Services to be performed by a qualified consultant or consultant firm including easement acquisitions, fee simple acquisitions and disposal of SAWS surplus property.

Estimated Timeline – The dates listed below are subject to change without notice.

December 12, 2024 by 5:00 PM CST............................................ Q & A Posted to Website

SAWS is accepting proposals for Call until such time the Call for Title Services is closed via addendum; however, proposals for Call received prior to December 20, 2024, will be considered for contract award in the first quarter of 2025.
