Call for Bids: City Hall Window Frame Finishing

The City of Arlington has recently had the 2 ^nd Floor glass/glazing replaced and will need the finish carpentry done on the frames for both the interior & exterior. This would include all aspects of the finish work, including painting. Contractor will be responsible for providing any equipment needed to access exterior 2 ^nd floor windows. The goal is to keep consistent with the historical aesthetic of the building, using equivalent material as 1 ^st Floor finish trim.  Ideally, selected contractor would have the job completed by June 30, prior to 4 ^th of July events when the City is quite busy. If this is not a realistic timeline, the City is willing to negotiate a time after mid-July to start and complete the project.

This is a prevailing wage job. Contractor must possess a City of Arlington business license. City Hall 2 ^nd floor windows marked on attached drawing - Contractor responsible for taking appropriate measurements to provide proper bid.  Selected Contractor will be required to enter into a Small Public Works Agreement with the City (sample attached).
