Benton County is soliciting a Request for Bids (RFB) for the purchase of a new Avery TrafficJet Xpress for the Benton County Road Department. The full Request for Bid can be found on our website at www.bentoncountywa.gov under Featured Links-Purchasing (RFP, RFQ). Sealed bids will be received by or before 11:00 a.m. on December 5, 2024 and not thereafter. Bids received after the date and time specified will be unopened. Said bids will be opened by representatives of the Benton County Procurement Department at 7122 W. Okanogan Pl., Suite E210, Kennewick, WA 99336 at the same date and time bids are due. The Board of Benton County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive informalities in the bidding, and to make an award based on a fair appraisal of the competitive values and delivery time. The Board will not necessarily be bound by the lowest bid.
