The City of Conway, Arkansas, invites qualified artists to submit their qualifications to create original artwork and murals to be displayed in prominent locations throughout the city and must be appropriate for all ages. The selected sites will vary in size, design, and purpose, offering a range of creative opportunities. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will enable the City to enter into an agreement with the selected artists to enhance the visual appeal and cultural landscape of Conway. |
