California State University, Fresno Campus Master Plan Request for Qualifications

Fresno State is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (¿SOQs¿) from qualified facilities planning firms (¿Master Planner¿) to undertake the CSU Fresno Campus Master Plan Project (¿Project¿) in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
The university seeks to engage a firm with demonstrated expertise in comprehensive campus master planning for institutions of higher education, including experience with complex public-sector environments, long-range capital planning, infrastructure renewal, stakeholder engagement, and environmental review processes.

The solicitation of SOQs through this RFQ constitutes the first step in the selection process. This RFQ provides the information necessary for respondents to prepare and submit Statements of Qualifications for evaluation and initial ranking by the Owner.
