California State University Elevator Maintenance

The California State University Chancellor¿s Office (CSUCO), Facilities Maintenance Department is requesting proposals from manufacturer authorized, interested, qualified firms to provide elevator maintenance services of the CSUCO three (3) elevators. This RFP may also be utilized by CSU campuses interested in elevator maintenance and the award of this RFP as opt-in users.

This is a standard service and requires prevailing wages and registration to bid on public works projects. The prevailing wage rates can be found at CA Department of Industrial Relations  https://www.dir.ca.gov/oprl/2025-1/PWD/Southern.html (select Statistics & Research). Proof of prevailing wages should be included with proposal.

Suppliers are to visit CSUBUY at https://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=CalState to get bid documents and ask questions. No further communication will be posted on Fiscal.
