California Community Center Accessible Entrance

Project Description: Louisville Parks and Recreation is requesting bids to create a new entry vestibule with interior and exterior glass storefront systems including doors and all associated finishes at the North Entrance Canopy at the California Community Center. The work shall include the demolition of existing flooring, ceiling including lighting, railings, and exterior entry doors and flanking masonry walls (full height) each side within the project scope of work area. Sitework associated with this project includes the demolition of existing concrete stairs and walkway to be replaced as shown on the plans and specifications.
