265064 - Calibration Services - Radiation

Calibration on the following equipment:

Raysafe 452
Serial #'s: 278304, 278406, 278408, 278414, 278428, 278430, 278432, 293739

See attached for detailed specifications.

Service Requirements
Include:
• Pre-calibration inspection of the instrument.
• Calibration procedure using certified reference sources.
• Post-calibration verification and adjustment if needed.

List of required standards for vendor:
• IEC 60846-1 (Radiation survey meters)
• NIST-traceable calibration
• Any internal or regulatory requirements (e.g., NRC, OSHA, or facility-specific)
• Vendor must also fulfill the following:
o ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 medical device certified
o CE certified, where required
o PTB traceable calibration
o UL, CSA, ETL, MET certified, where required
o NRTL certified, where required
o NRC compliant, where required
o Environmental certified, where required (e.g., RoHS, REACH, etc.)

Awarded vendor must be capable of calibrating and repairing the Raysafe 452 Meters.

Awarded vendor must perform the calibration. Subcontracting of this service by awarded vendor is NOT allowed and will result in termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service should be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor.

Documentation may be requested.

Please quote the total for all eight (8) Raysafe 452 meters to be calibrated.

ADPH reserves the right to not award based on budget restrictions.
