Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Labor Commission UOSH
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide calibration and maintenance for safety and health testing monitors and equipment.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1-year.
