Description
Southview Project is a new construction project that consists of approximately 400 units across four (4) buildings. Construction will be executed in two (2) phases.
Phase 1: construction of approximately 260 units in three (3) buildings. Building one (1) will be a concrete building and buildings two (2) and three (3) are wooden buildings. Site works will be included in this phase.
Phase 2: construction of building four (4) is planned for the future.
The estimated contract period will be 33 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/06/02.
