Description

This project includes: Replacing 50 original fire rated suite doors in a 3 story Seniors Residence. While changing out the doors, the building Door Access Control System for the exterior doors will be changed out...and a new system will be installed that will handle both the exterior doors as well as each suite door.
Though the new door lock assemblies will be added to the new doors, the existing metal door frames will remain in place.
