Synopsis:

2026 Roof Replacement of Calder Centre as described in the Contract Documents
In addition to the Contract Document specifications, may include the following :
Supply and install new matching wood blocking as required to replace any damaged and/or deteriorated existing wood blocking
Supply and install new matching plywood sheathing deck to replace damaged or deteriorated plywood
Supply and install new wall boards to replace damaged or deteriorated wall boards
Supply and install new matching fascia boards to replace damaged or deteriorated fascia board
Supply and install new 2 ply SBS membrane to match existing where remove or repaired

A mandatory site meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, April 23, 2026. All Bidders are required to attend the site meeting in order to familiarize themselves with the work site and the true extent of the work. Attendees will meet at the main entrance of the facility. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the work site prior to preparing and submitting Bids.
Proponents interested in Calder Centre Roof Replacement project will be scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Saskatchewan time. Please register your intent to attend the Mandatory Site Visit with Jim Kozowy at: jim.kozowy@saskhealthauthority.ca on or before Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
SHA requires substantial performance of the work set out in the Contract Documents on or before Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Each Bidder, in submitting a Bid, agrees to perform the work so as to achieve substantial performance of the work on or before such date.
