Cairo High School Athletics

Sealed proposals from construction management firms will be received by the Grady County Schools, Cairo, Georgia, Owner, in the Office of the Grady County Schools, 122 North Broad Street, Cairo, Georgia 39828
until 12:00 P.M. (Noon) prevailing time on October 24, 2024 for Construction-Management-At-Risk services for the construction of Cairo High School Athletic Facilities, Cairo, Georgia 39828.

The scope of the project consists of the construction of new athletic facilities for the Cairo
High School. The facilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Site work, including grading, erosion control, storm drainage, utilities, and paving.
2. New baseball and softball fields with dug outs, bull pens, batting cage, and grandstands.
3. New asphalt running track and field events
4. New Baseball-softball press box, toilets and concessions building.
5. New football visitor concessions and toilet facility.
