Project Description: This solicitation is to establish a revenue generating contract for operating and managing a full-service cafeteria within the TxDOT Houston District facility. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, affordable, and compliant food services that meet the needs of TxDOT employees and visitors, at no cost to TxDOT. Vendor will provide a variety of meal options, maintain strict health and safety standards, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
