Cafeteria Food Service Space Available in Secure & Populated State Building in Sacramento

The California Department of General Services (DGS) on the behalf of the California Environmental Protection Agency (CalEPA), collectively referred to as State, invites you to review and welcomes proposals for cafeteria space located in the CalEPA Building at 1001 I Street, Sacramento, Sacramento County, California 95814. The CalEPA Building serves employees and the public, hosting large events and monthly conferences, which create opportunities for catering services.

The kitchen area is ±3,000 square feet (SF), which includes a ±200 SF storage room.

The State is seeking a qualified food service provider (referred to as the Awarded Bidder) to provide a variety of healthy, fresh and nutritious food options and excellent customer service. Food service operations could include, but are not limited to: breakfast, lunch, snacks, beverages, grab-n- go food, online ordering, catering, and special events. At no time will alcoholic beverages be served during the daily food service operation. The Awarded Bidder must maintain high level customer service and prioritize CalEPA satisfaction with food quality, pricing, menu selection, and catering services.
