Synopsis:

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Cafeteria and Catering Services- Estevan Plants , as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Work”).
SaskPower’s Boundary Dam and Shand Power Stations each have a cafeteria area consisting of a commercial kitchen and seating area where employees and contractors working at the Site can go to buy food and beverages (each “BDPS Cafeteria” or “Shand Cafeteria”, as the case may be, and collectively, the “Cafeteria”).
