The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified offerors to establish a contract through competitive negotiation to provide cafÃ© style operation services to faculty, staff, and students on the campuses of Mountain Empire Community College (MECC) located at 3441 Mountain Empire Rd, Big Stone Gap, VA 24219. The successful offeror shall sell high-quality meals with the highest quality services at the lowest possible prices, without a commission coming back to the college requesting services under any resulting contract, in accordance with the Statement of Needs.
